Store Policy
Custom
orders are welcome.
A 50%
deposit is required before work begins.
Items are
shipped within 24 - 48 hours barring weekend,
holiday, or vacation/illness (I will notify). Custom designs may take up to
7 - 10 days before shipping. International shipments
go out once per week usually on Tuesday or
Wednesday.
Once purchased and received, any changes to an item
will incur fees depending on the complexity of the
work requested. Fees start at $10 for a simple
change (i.e. restringing) plus the cost of any
materials used/added/needed. More involved work will
be quoted as determined.
Return policy Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you
aren't happy with your purchase,
contact me within 3 days
for return instructions. Once I receive the item a refund
will be issued minus
shipping fees. If you
choose to return an item for refund,
please be sure to send it with a delivery
confirmation as I cannot be held responsible for
items lost in the mail - damage is a possibility in
transit so insurance is also a good idea!
About the designs
Each piece of wearable art on this site is a
one-of-a-kind lampwork jewelry creation. No one else
will ever have the exact same design that you have.

I will be happy to create a custom design in any color,
style, size, or gemstone that you
desire.

All of the items you see on this site are
original creations
handcrafted by me for my exclusive jewelry line. I
use only top quality materials including
artisan lampwork
beads from local artists or my own designs - nothing
mass-produced. All the lampwork beads have been
properly annealed - a process in which the beads are
hardened overnight in a digitally controlled kiln -
this makes them almost unbreakable. The gemstones are AAA genuine and
natural unless otherwise noted (some gemstones are
dyed). Swarovski crystals, David Christensen furnace cane art glass,
and vintage beads are also used. 49 strand
Soft Flex
beading wire is used for strength and
durability. All silver is sterling, either
Bali or Thai - no plated or base
metal is used.
I travel
extensively to bead and gemstone shows to find the
newest and finest materials available. The lampwork
and gemstone beads are purchased from a variety of
vendors and venues. I literally search the world for
the best of the best. I work hard at keeping track of the
latest fashion trends and what's hot. However, I pride
myself on the timeless quality of my pieces. I don't
want to design something that will sit in your jewelry
box because it's gone out of style. Hopefully my
designs will become quality treasured heirlooms to be passed down from
one generation to the next.
The jewelry designs on these
pages are made with handcrafted lampwork beads, as well as
handmade coiled and twisted sterling silver wire beads,
dangles and clasps. I combine
handcrafted lampwork beads with unusual and interesting handcrafted sterling silver
beads from India, Bali and Israel. The result is designer jewelry
that is completely unique!
My lampwork bead and sterling silver bracelets are heavy and
substantial, and can withstand quite a bit of wear. The lampwork
glass beads are kiln annealed overnight to ensure strength and
durability.
